Energizing and inclusive water fitness classes right here in Cocoa Beach. Join me at the City’s Olympic-sized swimming pool for a fun, friendly, and judgment-free workout that’s open to all fitness levels.
Class Schedule:
🕚 Monday – Friday at 11:00 AM
(Weather dependant – we cancel at 10am if any bad weather is coming in)
Classes run all year, the pool is heated in winter and chilled in summer.
